While the filmmaker has not yet disclosed the identities of his actors, he has verified that the principal cast has been finalised.

The project is expected to revisit an important chapter in the life of one of Hindi silver major screen’s most celebrated performers. Meanwhile, Malhotra is currently occupied with promoting Shaque: Trust No One. The Netflix series features Parineeti Chopra in her streaming platform launch and is scheduled to begin streaming on September 24, 2026.
